POLICY

Enforced closures : No makeup lesson will be offered in case of absence from the workshop. No workshop will be run in the event of Black Rainstorms, Typhoon 8 or higher signals. We exercise discretion in cases of Red Rainstorms or Typhoon 3 as to whether classes should be held. We regret that we do not arrange for class make-up or refund due to these enforced closures. When a workshop is scheduled to start at 9:00 am or 9:15 am and there is a Black Rainstorm or a Typhoon 8 or higher signal, the morning workshop will be cancelled. Our studio will re-open 2.5 hours after any cancellation of a storm warning ! Please call our emergency number 2580.5028 if you are in doubt on the day.

Cancellation : We do not give cash refund for workshops already paid for. We accept written notice for absences no less than 14 days before workshop commencement, and will credit full amount to your account for later use (up to 3 months). Kindly understand these are confirmed enrolments and you are liable for full payments in the event of no-show or last-minute cancellation on your part.

Photographs/Video : Please refrain from photographing/videotaping workshops on Colour My World premises.
