Payment
& Withdrawal : Course
fees, payable in advance prior to term commencement, are non-refundable
and non-transferable. “Late payment” interest at 1%
p.m. will apply. We assume your enrolments will continue on a bi-monthly
term basis (except for the summer months of July and August). Please
do however give us no less than 14 days’ notice of your intention
of withdrawal from our programmes. This 14 days’ notice should
be served before the start of a fresh term but not during course
term.
Makeup Policy : Makeup classes can be arranged for absences
due to sickness and/or travels overseas. Makeup classes will ONLY
be offered when notice for sickness is given to our office (tel
2580.5028) on the day of and before your scheduled class time; or
in the case of travel, notice be given prior to your travel. Makeup
sessions, to a maximum of two in the course of the bi-monthly term,
should be taken within the term and not be rolled over into the
subsequent term. Kindly allow for ample notice for class rescheduling.
Enforced closures : No makeup lesson will be offered in
case of absence from the workshop. No workshop will be run in the
event of Black Rainstorms, Typhoon 8 or higher signals. We exercise
discretion in cases of Red Rainstorms or Typhoon 3 as to whether
classes should be held. We regret that we do not arrange for class
make-up or refund due to these enforced closures. Please call our
