Would you like to learn more about drawing as an art form?  Improve your current skills or add new skills to your repertoire?  Come join us for an exciting adventure in drawing!  Learn how to “lift” your drawings off the page with techniques in perspective, shading, hatching and the weighted line to name a few!  Learn proper proportion with a single unit of measure.

Drawing is all about relationships; how one shape relates to another, how positive and negative space play a role in creating different dimensions and how knowing how to use your pencil to see the distance between objects can create a more realistic appearance.  The use of graphite, charcoal, coloured pencil and pastel will be covered.  We will be drawing from observation as well as our imaginations.

Drawing is the most “FUN”demental of art forms.  So….ready-set-draw!
